Security Deposit Policy:
(*) A security deposit equal to the full retail value of each bicycle will be authorized on the customer’s credit card at the time of rental. For debit card users, the deposit will be charged in full along with the rental fee. The authorization hold will be released upon return of the equipment in satisfactory condition. Please note that while we process the release immediately, the timing of the funds being made available again is determined by your bank or card issuer, and may vary.
